Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Knoxville

Omg, if you like sweets or ever contemplated about ice cream, go here and bring a decent appetite along. This replaces a meal.

Price wise is good, the taste was good as well.. but the negative points are:1- The Pistachio is really old and sour not good to use those old inside the ice cream.2- the water fountain are not working.

We love the ice cream and the employees are always so nice!

I always like to try something new whenever I come here; they have a lot of flavors to choose from and they change it up almost weekly it seems like. It was a Sunday night when we went, it was a little past 9pm and they close at 11pm. I just would like to commend Joshua who was doing his best to tend to the customers. I noticed three more of his co-workers inside but they seemed to ignore the long line forming and kept on cleaning the store even though it was that early. You know when people pretend to look busy? That 's what it looked like. I didn 't care to wait, I just felt bad for the seemingly uneven division of labor. But needless to say, I still like their ice cream but I hope their staff will be trained better.

Incredible Ice cream! I had wedding cake, And my sons' had birthday cake and cotton candy explosion. Fast and friendly service.
