Bojangles - Knoxville

Rude service. Order was wrong. General manager gave free food to a man that went in the restraunt and yelled his order. A few people that works there was dancing in the view of people outside and patrons in the store. Worst experience my family has ever had. Never going back.Food: 1/5

Ordered sweet potato pie and ?, rude server, no wonder why there’s no customer there. There wasn’t ketchup inside only honey. But one star is mainly for rude server. Reason she can’t hear is 1. Not paying attention 2. Possibly distraction from her AirPods. Anyway first time and didn’t know what to get but not going back so no need to worry.

The worst Bojangles I have been to in a while, literally had to throw my food away. $7 worth and I had to pay 26 cents for the honey mustard. It's not even about the money, it's the fact that I was hungry and looking forward to breakfast and now I'm still hungry with a bitter taste in my mouth from all of the grease mixed with honey mustard and coffee and my car stinks ? like Grease .. disgusting food disgusting place !!!

Best breakfast around. Got country ham and actually found quit a bit on each biscuit and not a lot of fat. Clean plenty parking,drive through or eat in. Handicap friendly .Food: 5/5

Food was good. Not very busy when we went but did take a little longer than usual. My grilled chicken sandwich was good. The cole slaw and mashed potatoes were also good.Parking: A lot of parking available.
