Bella Roma Pizza - Knoxville

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for over a year, always the same dish, but the prices seem to vary each time. This time, it was nearly $2 more than I've ever paid for the same meal. They advertise it as a special for $24.99, but I ended up paying almost $30. When I asked the owner about the price difference, he told me he needs to make a profit. I responded that I wouldn’t be returning, and he said that was fine. The food is good, but I won’t be coming back again. The owner's response felt quite aggressive during our conversation, so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

We've only ordered through delivery, and it's been fantastic. The food is always hot and delicious. We've tried a variety of items, including pizza, wings, pasta, and chicken tenders, and everything has been excellent. Plus, the prices are really reasonable!

We waited over an hour for our order to be delivered, even though the app estimated 40 minutes. I had ordered a calzone with sausage, mushrooms, and cheese, and we were exhausted after driving for 12 hours. What I received was essentially just bread and cheese—absolutely disgusting. When I called to speak with the manager, he was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming it wasn't his concern that we had been traveling for so long. He was quite rude and confrontational. I will never order from this place again. Truly disappointing!

At last, I've found a fantastic cheesesteak loaded with all the toppings and real provolone cheese! Having recently relocated from the northern part of Pennsylvania, I was on the lookout for a cheesesteak in the area that resembled a true Philly cheesesteak. Well, my search is finally over! I ordered my cheesesteak with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese. They served the mayo and ketchup on the side, which I appreciate. It’s not essential to add them directly onto the sandwich, as the flavor is incredibly authentic. I'm truly satisfied! Additionally, the cheesesteak pizza I tried was also delicious!

Let me tell you, this pizza is incredible. It's so delicious that you might just want to share it with your grandma! If she's not around, you might end up wanting to share it with someone else. Sorry, grandmas, but this pizza really is that good. Seriously though, it's the best pizza in Knox!
