Abridged Beer Company - Knoxville

We dined (and drank) on the patio. They were very accommodating of our large dog and made sure we were comfortable. Great heaters for a chilly evening. I had the Oktoberfest and Hellescopter Dad beers and liked them very much. Real generous pours. The nachos with pot roast were wonderful and the pretzels were also a hit. Best of all was the service. Wonderful in every way. Can’t recommend this establishment enough.

The food is fantastic. The Abridged burger is one of the best I've had in a long while. Who would think that Brussels sprouts would work on a burger. Buffalo chicken sandwich is stellar. Their homemade sauce is A+. Pretzels with queso is a great starter with one of their great beers.

This place is excellent. Seated right away in the outside area. We had our dog with us. There were dogs in the seating area already. We are vegetarian and there were options available for us. We had the nachos and impossible burgers. Everything was excellent. Beers were tasty. Servers were chill and gave great recommendations. I've been to a lot of breweries throughout IL IN KY TN GA and the Carolinas. This is top 10.Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers are available. Meatless options or substitutes are available.

A treat to visit a craft brewery that also offers a full bar and quality wine selection. Dining area is attractive and noise level is not extreme. Food is fresh, well seasoned and delicious. Interesting salads, sandwiches and sweets. The chicken sandwich with crunchy brussel sprouts was a stand out.

A great charcuterie board for the price! So delicious. My daughter ordered the chicken thighs appetizer without Buffalo sauce (bc she’s 10), and they were ridiculously good!
