The Factory by the Black Olive Gourmet Food

We visited this cafe this week, and even though I live locally, I didn't even realise it was there until friends suggested that we meet there.I like that it's not table service & you can go to the counter to order what/when you like & then be left in peace. The cold water jug on the table was appreciated and it was handy having the cutlery etc already at the table.The coffee was very nice - we had a mixture of iced & hot coffees and all were nice & strong but not bitter. Their sourdough wholegrain toast was fabulous 'real' bread, which came with butter, jam etc.My very large iced latte plus three slices of wholgrain toast (too many for 1 person, they were very large slices!) only came to $10, which was very good value, especially since the toasty could feed two.They had a nice range of cakes and pastries, which we didn't try. There is also a daily specials board.I'd go again for the friendly service, cute decor and good quality coffee.

Great for a cuppa coffee and something to eat staff very friendly, find parking problem not always but sometimes difficult to get a spot .

Good coffee, a great range of fresh salads and interesting variety of light food to choose from, varies from day to day, has become of my regular cafes.

Tucked away within the factory area of Kirrawee is this great little cafe/deli.We often go there for breakfast and it never fails to deliver a delicious meal. They recently started a happy hour each afternoon so we are looking forward to making a stop there for that.

Went for brunch after hearing some positive reviews. We weren't disappointed. Coffee was great which is very important. Generous sized cups & reasonable price. The food...delicious. I had the eggs concotte which was divine. My friends wanted to mix a recipe up a bit & it was no trouble. Great service. WIll go back
