I called the store and explained the situation to the cashier and asked if they were going to compensate me for the ridiculous wait. She then escalated the situation to the manager who then told me sadly there was nothing they could do to compensate me for the wait. I'd say that's some kind of customer service but there was absolutely zero customer service. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on and you should too.

I love the food and the people but I hate that Domino’s as a franchise feels like they deserve to put a “delivery fee” on top of our orders. I still leave a tip but that money should definitely go to the person delivering the pizza not the store.
Management and crew need to count change properly. I was shortchanged money on a carryout order. I never authorized a tip.
