To tell the truth, it is rather an attraction than a restaurant. Food is at average: really nothing special. Service is poor, and unfriendly. Overall, I would give 3 points out of 5 and won't visit this place for the second time.
Really enjoyed the experience went here with friends and really good priced too do recommend going here before 1:30pm where it starts to get busy.
This restaurant is one of the eating places within the Europa Park. So to an extent, the customers are captive. The main forte of the place is the food delivery system. When you get in you are handed a card, and seated in a specific location which is numbered. You use a screen to order your food and drink items and use the card to "bill" it. After a bit the order starts to come to your seat via a series of ramps and roller coasters (yes your food even does loops!). Its very innovative and cool, I had never seen anything like it. Food and entertainment!!!We had the cheese burgers which were large and hearty but I have had better. With drinks we ended up paying about 50 Euros for a family of 4 so not too bad value...the meal was basic but solid and filling. Recommended, especially for the experience.
We'd never seen a restaurant like this before - you sit at a table fed by a roller coaster - a touchscreen allows you to select your food and drinks, and it's all delivered automatically by roller coaster to your table. It's really novel, and the food was so good (I can definitely recommend the pasta carbonara) and reasonably priced we went there 2 days on the trot. The kids loved it too. Definitely worth going to when in Europa Park.
This is one food experience that a family have to do. I won't spoil the event for you, just need to say that you won't ever forget it in a positive way. My Children and Grandchildren loved it
