It took one and a half hours for my main course to arrive! My husband had finished his and I was still waiting for my sushi I had to complain a few times before I finally got an apology! Not OK. However we had a...lovely time in Europa Park and other restaurants but not this one.

We booked this as it was adjoining the hotel we where staying in and we had read good reviews. We had booked in advance, which was fine but it was a lovely warm night and they put us inside. They have a large terrace by...the pool. We asked if it was possible to go outside but were informed it was not possible as they were all booked. There were several empty tables available which stayed empty all night. We had the impression the waitress could not be bothered to check. We were on the second serving so there are no later servings. Anyway to the food. I had a Caesar salad that was swimming in sauce making it uneatable. We then waited over a hour for our main course. The food, when it finally arrived was okay but by then we wished we had gone somewhere else to eat. The prices are quite expensive but the service and food did not match them. For the same prices I can eat in a gourmet restaurant here in Bern, Switzerland and this was not the same standard. We had a great time in Europa Park and will come again, but not to this restaurant

Try the tuna and sesame, it is very tasty and well prepared and comes with tempura vegetable. Also the goose liver pan fried is delicious with its caramélisé onions. Overall, the à la carte is nice but the buffet is equally good and there is...a mangolian grill with items prepared on the spot!

We had different experience from some of the other reviewers: while the service was great, food was poor. This is one of the pricier restaurants around Europa-Park, and despite only ordering at a time when the restaurant was mostly empty (less than 5 tables), the...chef couldn’t get the cooking right. My partner ordered her main medium-well and it was served medium-rare, while I ordered medium-rare and got served something well-done (no exaggerations). 2nd round was rare inside but burnt outside. Still meat quality was good so it was edible. Choice of desserts was unappealing but we enjoyed the tapioca. At 50 euros the main, ruining good quality ingredients with bad cooking skills should just not be acceptable to management. I recommend you go elsewhere.
