Pizza was sooo tasteless! Order two different pizzas and they tasted exactly the same! Would not recommend there pizzas at all! No salt on the chips either

The new owners have ruined the reputation of this restaurant in just a matter of weeks. The food quality is poor; the sauces aren’t refrigerated, resulting in odd flavors. The chips are consistently soggy, greasy, and unappetizing. They have also increased the prices on every item and eliminated great specials like the $6 large kebab with a drink and free cheese, which now costs an additional $2. A standard size HSP will set you back $15 and only provides half of what the previous owners offered, and the taste is disappointing. The woman handling phone orders is ineffective and struggles with basic English. If you request chicken salt, there's a good chance you'll get regular salt—if you even get salt at all. You might order beef and lamb and end up with chicken (which they try to charge you extra for). If you ask for BBQ and chili sauce, you’ll likely receive garlic and tomato sauce instead. I called in an order for pickup in 10 minutes, only to arrive and find there’s no record of my order. This place is already on a downward spiral and seems destined to close within a month. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would!

I've been going to this restaurant for a long time now, and I really love it! I try to stop by whenever I can.

The portions of chips were quite small, and the potato scallops were noticeably undercooked.

I probably order food from here more often than I should, but I genuinely love it every single time! Thank you for keeping me well-fed throughout the week! Haha!
