St. Louis Grill - Kingston

Having visited several franchise restaurants, I thought I knew what to expect, but I was mistaken. The beef brisket dip was disappointing—drenched in a watery sauce and overloaded with salt, it was served on a soggy bun that made it impossible to eat by hand; I had to use a knife and fork instead. The portion of beef was the smallest I’ve ever encountered. On the side, there was a generous serving of frozen crinkle-cut French fries. While the service was excellent, the overall food experience was very lacking.

Sunday evening around 8pm is not a good time, service was slow for us but staff were more than happy to keep serving the extremely drunk and/or high couple sitting at the bar. The woman couldn't form a sentence but she had 2 full pints of beer in front of her. Our appetizers were undercooked mushy garbage as well, i guess the 30 minutes we waited wasnt enough time to cook mozzarella sticks.

Service is great. Food is great. Tend to favor the bar side, but table works.

Great food! Had the wings and ribs. Very friendly service.

Not impressed. The wings were definitely lacking in seasoning, and the oil tasted old. A lot of the food was inedible and ended up going straight to the trash. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
