McDonald's - Kingston

Ridiculous DT is waiting. Comes in the AM every day, but can't stop. It is a guaranteed minimum of 15 minutes. Sitting in a moving setup now for 25. This will be our last visit.

After a whole night shift stopped here and the staff was incredibly rude, the system went down mysteriously when we ordered and when we waited to restore the staff seemed shaken. We returned after we heard that they took orders by the drive and were struck with impatience and attitude, our food was lukewarm and stale. Why does the attitude of internal personnel for 5AM interfere when they will have an attitude about their work.

Sometimes it is better to wait at McDonalds when you wait for everyone to be cooked at the same time and served immediately. In this case, we might be lucky. We moved from the highway when it was close, and we wanted to use the Micky Dees coupons....2 can Dine. A Nugget meal and Big Mack meal. We waited a few minutes and I was glad we did. It was all hot and perfectly cooked. Fries Burger, Nuggets perfect to eat right away. One of the best Big Macks I've ever had. Good, too. The coupons are sometimes amazing.

Drive the division to work. Great, there are only two cars on McDonald's car! Drove to the ordering place and could order immediately. Paid on the first window. That'll be great. Finally, I say I have to go and park and wait for my food. There are four vehicles waiting. where they came from! After five minutes wait and see several other cars get their food and then three other cars waiting to get their also; I went to frustration. It should not take seven or eight minutes to serve me if there were no other cars in the line up!

When you go there to the Division Street one, they are always messing up the orders a lot and the young staff's can't hear worth a damn. Some staff there don't know what a double breakfast meals mean or even a double orders mean either.
