Subway - Kinder

Subway consistently delivers amazing food! We absolutely love their sandwiches; however, our experience at this particular location left much to be desired in terms of customer service. When I inquired about a coupon available on the app, I was informed that a mobile order was necessary to use it. When I explained that the app was down, I was met with a dismissive response: "That's not our fault, and we can't do anything about that." This was conveyed in a rather rude manner. At that point, I didn't even care about the coupon anymore, but it would have been nice to at least receive an apology or assurance that they would look into the matter. By the way, the app frequently experiences issues. To add to our frustration, as we sat down to enjoy our lunch, it was evident that the staff went out of their way to be friendly to the male customers.

They haven't had much luck with their staff, including the manager. They're driving people away after just one visit.

Amazing staff! These ladies really know how to craft a sandwich! They'll make sure you get exactly what you want without any hassle. The atmosphere is fantastic too! Thank you!

The staff was friendly, and the place was nice and clean. I ordered a 12-inch Tuna Sub, which was ready in about 10 to 12 minutes. I’ll definitely be stopping by more often in the future.

Don't bother calling to get some soup around here.
