The restaurant was very crowded, making it difficult to place an order as there was a long line. The menu is extensive, displayed on a large board behind the line of customers. The fish and shrimp were good, but the fried crab was terrible—truly inedible, and we all left it untouched. I also couldn't finish the seafood gumbo because it had an overpowering fish flavor. However, the gentleman behind the counter claimed he had just tried the crab and thought it was excellent. Overall, we ended up paying $70 for food we couldn't enjoy. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We've dined at many places in LA, and this hidden gem stands out as excellent. I highly recommend trying the chicken and dirty rice!

This was our experience during our visit. The food was cold and hard. My mom was hesitant to complain. The staff were rude. They provided us with a bottle of water due to issues we had on our previous visit. They claim that they prepare their food fresh to order, but they refused to make the chicken fresh for us. We will never return. I wish I could give them a zero rating.

I don't eat seafood, so I went to a place listed as seafood. the odour was not there. a .I had one of the best burgers of my life. the pommes were amazing. eating was fresh, fast. the employees had amazing settings. there is so much on the menu that I will try again. we are a family of 6 and everyone could find something to eat, it actually ate and happy. can't wait to go back. when we were gone, the line around the other dining room was wrapped with people happy waiting. if you know you're good.

Haven't been in years. Wasn't as good as I remember. Daughter had a hair in her coleslaw. Chicken Fried Steak was ok, but not great. Fish and shrimp tasted great. Hoping this was an off night.
