So I had the one thing because I don't like fish and chips, and my wife and the other two had the fish and chips. the one-pot, it was amazing, so delicious, perfectly spiced offered too salty and not too thick or thin. also a pretty decent bowl of it. so much lammed in there and they were surprised to punch nicely with how much meat was in the stew. the fish and chips were also excellent I was told the fries (chips) were slightly salted. the dough on the fish, the fish was today kot, was obviously very light and not too fat. the four of us cleaned our teller. they were rushed a bit into the restaurant because of course a tour bus arrived and we had only about 45 minutes to eat, but the personal managed it. and the view of the bay was stunning, most if not all the tables in the restaurant had a great view of the bay. would recommend to everyone to make the ring of kerry tour or car. 5 of 5
This is a spot for large tour groups to have a speedy lunch along the Ring of Kerry. And speedy it was! Cafeteria style ordering. Soup and a dried out chicken sandwich was costly. Plus, a waiter grabbed my tray and sat me in a different room from the rest of my fellow travelers where I knew no one. When my co- traveler tried to enter that room to sit with me, she was banned. Table I was seated at was dirty. The view outdoors was very nice but I would never eat there again.
Located on the Ring of Kerry peninsula, this restaurant is always bustling with activity. The staff are incredibly efficient, ensuring that everyone is served quickly. It's a great spot to stop for a quick lunch during your scenic drive, offering delicious food and beautiful views. The staff are friendly and there is also a small bar on site.
During a recent stop on a coach tour, we visited the Scarriff Inn. This restaurant is popular among tour buses and they have a well-oiled system in place to efficiently serve guests. The food was tasty, albeit a bit expensive, but that's to be expected in a remote location with limited dining options. The scenery around the restaurant was stunning, with sheep grazing on one side and a picturesque bay and hills on the other. Just be cautious of the busy road when taking in the views.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely impolite. Our group arrived as part of a coach party without a booking, and we were asked to leave when another party arrived. There was no indication that booking was required. Despite being quick to take our money, we were met with discourteous behavior. I would recommend avoiding this establishment. Additionally, I received a rude response to a previous review I had posted.
