Our family of 4 stayed here a few nights early in Oct 2023. GREAT location! Easy access to just about anywhere you 'd want to go in the middle keys. They also have a nice little beach! (Another seaside resort we stayed in also has a beach but it was basically unusable My kids (and wife loved the beach here. Seriously. The kids are water babies. They also loved the pool! All the people we interacted with in the office were very nice and friendly. We had a double queen room that fit us just fine though a little cramped. The two things that kept me from a 5 star review are kind of minus 0.5 per thing so take that for what you will. First: Our room was pretty musty. I get it. Totally get it. Seaside resort, super humid environment. It is what it is. Got used to it quickly. But if you have severe mold/mildew allergies beware. Second: the mattresses in our room were both rock hard. I 'm a side sleeper and I could hardly sleep. Again I get it. It 's a hotel with lots of mattresses and they literally can 't please everyone. My wife and kids slept fine...so I guess I 'm the issue and not the mattress. : Again that 's just for your information.

An amazing little piece of paradise. My husband and I spent 4 days at Glunz and I cannot wait to go back and bring the kids. We had an ocean view suite that was AMAZING. It was the perfect size, had all of the necessary amenities, was impeccably clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. To wake up and have coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean is not to be taken for granted. The white sand beach was well maintained and the ocean view pool was great. The beach chairs and loungers are also super comfy with plenty of umbrellas for shade. The restaurant had great food and drinks, also with amazing views. The staff are all friendly, happy and helpful. The paddle boards and kayaks are also a nice touch if you want something to do other than lounge. The location is also perfect in my opinion, being that it’s kind of halfway between the Miami airport and Key West. There’s plenty to do in the area, with lots of fun tourist attractions and great food. I honestly cannot wait to go back.
