Milan at Kew

We have booked 15 minutes before we showed up on December 27 (if so many restaurants were closed for public holidays, and the staff was very helpful and friendly! beautiful little restaurant, with really excellent eating and tiptop service! we are stuck in the normal way of ordering samosas, butter huhn and naans (the brot try the milan special was to die for! ... and a cauliflower dish that was brilliant for the vegetarian among us! a new rule for us when in melbourne!

I ate yesterday evening in mailand with friends and enjoyed eating immensely. the portions are large and the quality excellent. the restaurant was not busy so the service was fast. I recommend mailand.

The restaurant was very quiet, which was a scandal, as it was a little dead, except for those who come to get away. the service was very efficient and friendly. I had shish kebab for starter, the tasty and chicken tikka masala, which was ok, but a little oily for my lust. the naanbrot was very good. a reasonable Indian meal.

On Thursday with the friends to pick up was no longer there for about two years. New owners, but the old owner still works in his restaurant, although we couldn't see him tonight. I am always a bit doubtful when there is a given...change in the owners, quality can slide, but this is far from the fall with the new owners of Milan@Kew. we started with samosas and marinated lamb cuts for duck and both dishes were excellent. the staff was very happy to organize a service for three samosas for us (normal service is only wwo.) for the main thing that three of us shared a huhn tikka masala and auberginen curry. the deep of the aromen in the sauces was spirited and I enjoyed above all the auberginenkur. the meal was spectacular and I eat a lot of curry. the restaurant was quite (on Thursday night) but there was a constant stream of uber eats pick ups and the manager explained that in the week it was eats pick ups constantly, but on Friday nights and the weekend is full. So if they want to eat at Milan@Kew, what I would recommend to them to book better. I'm going back.

Well what a treasure we found this evening in Kew. Originally from the UK we love our Indian cuisine and we are really hard to please. The food was fantastic and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
