After inquiring about the food, we found out that the order had accidentally slipped behind the fridge. The staff were incredibly apologetic and offered to scrap the meal from our bill. When the food finally arrived, it was delicious. To our surprise, when we went to pay, the staff refused to accept any payment for the coffee and food due to the inconvenience. This exceptional customer service made our experience at the restaurant amazing. I have shared this positive experience with friends, who were also impressed. It was a great way to start my birthday, and I truly appreciate the kind gesture from the staff.
All you can eat gnocchi was the best ever gnocchi and with the best ever service since ever! Thoroughly worth your time and money and absolutely worth 5 stars! Girlfriend and I will definitely be eating here again and again : : :
Frankie Says is an excellent spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, listen to music, and unwind by the river.
The food at this restaurant was amazing, especially the hash browns and kaiser bacon. The staff were even better. We were impressed when they offered to donate the check from our 'Oxfam 100km training walk pit stop' to Oxfam. Megan, Zoe, and the Frankie Says team are truly exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Beautiful food and great location. My new favourite breakfast spot in Melbourne.
