Mcdonald's - Kettleman City

Terrible service, the bread was moldy on my chicken sandwich and the chicken was literally raw on my friend’s. We both asked them to remake ours and it took 20 minutes before they remade one of them and then another 20 before I just decided to make them give a refund and left. Would not recommend to anyone. On top of this the food they served that wasn’t a health hazard was subpar at best, the fries were underseasoned to the point of inedibility and the nuggets just did not taste good. I like McDonald’s, but this one was just not good.

ABSOLUTELY EXTREMELY FAST SERVICE, VERY PEACEFUL AND KIND. IVE NEVER BEEN TO A MCDONALD'S SO PERFECT. ITS CLEAN IT HAS DINE IN AS WELL AND THE BURGERS ARE WELL MADE.

Worst experience ever!!! They didn't get anything in my order correct. Didn't give us any straws. Didn't give us the water with one of the kids meal. Didn't even have all my order, which is odd considering they asked me to repeat it thru the speaker and I seen it on the screen yet when I get to the window, all of a sudden it was well you didn't order that so I have to charge you of course I'm so angry I forgot to ask for my receipt, so I'm still trying to figure out how 4 kids meals (all the same) and 2 mcdoubles equals 40 dollars.

Fast service, and great that they give the usual special McDonald's deals. Some tourist stop places don't. But they need much larger restrooms, especially for the ladies!

Fast and not so freshinaccurate order but no time to come back and correct it.next time ill go in and help them do there job better.accuracy fast
