I chose this place because it offered gluten-free options. I ordered the lunch fajitas with steak and chicken. The tortillas were small, about 5 inches in diameter. The fajita mixture was tasty, but not as flavorful as I expected. My daughter had nachos with beef, beans, and cheese and she thought they were very good. Another daughter ordered a shrimp dish which had good flavor, but the tortilla was hard to eat. The waitress was good, despite being busy, and we only had to ask once for drink refills. Overall, I would return to eat here again. The restaurant itself was old and run down, not the vibrant colors usually associated with Mexican restaurants. Whenever we visit this restaurant, everyone is incredibly friendly! The service is always fantastic and the food is top quality, especially considering the reasonable prices. We go multiple times a week and always enjoy it. The kids menu is easy to navigate and the staff are very friendly towards children. We typically go for dinner, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all score a perfect 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the quesadilla, chips and salsa, rice and refried beans, taco, burrito supreme, and carne asada plate. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

Ordered some takeout, when I called the order in the girl on the phone sounded like she hated her job. Not friendly at all. When we picked up our order they didn't put in any little salsas or silverware or napkins. My friend asked if she could have some, of everything they didn't put in and they told her to get it herself, it was right there to get it herself. As far as the food, the tacos were not made per our order, and that's the first time that has happened. The girl that took the order we figured didn't write it correctly. Otherwise the food is just ok. We have 5 taco restaurants around us, so we'll probably go to them for now on. Thanks for the experience!
