Tim Hortons - Kensington

Never have the order item in there.. no hot chocolate and any seasonal stuff introduced by Tim’s.. and they says it’s a small outlet so we have only limited things.. never ever have the seasonal hot beverages.. only tea and coffee

Following an unexpectedly stressful night at the ER, the woman at the drive-thru truly brightened my day! Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm while welcoming customers were truly uplifting!

I received excellent service from the incredibly polite young man at the drive-thru tonight. This was the best service I've experienced at any Tim's in a long time.

Very slow service and inaccurate orders. Took 10 minutes for a simple bagel and a coffee. Might need to either replace the sandwich person or hire another. Got the job done in an Regency but will definitely not be a first choice or stopover in the future
