The food was hot and fast. The cook was very nice. After we paid the bill, the waitress stomped off, complaining loudly about only receiving a 15% cash tip. That is rude and unacceptable.Food: 5/5
As busy as Waffle House can get, I always have a great experience with my son and I, they always look out. The food is great. The servers are great with me and my son and that’s what makes it so important for me to give this review. Keep doing what you’re doing Waffle House. You will always have me as a customer.
Do not go to this waffle house! Worst service ever. We walked in, there were lots of empty tables, we picked a table and sat down. There were five staff behind the counter. We waited over 10 minutes and no one even came over with a menu or coffee. At one point, my husband said good morning to one of the staff walking by. She said good morning and just kept on walking. We continue to wait and watch as all five staff just stood around in the kitchen area. After about 15 minutes we just got up and walked out. Don’t waste your time going to this waffle house!
