Ted's Smokehouse Bbq - Kenner

I knew when I walked in it would be delicious just from the smell. When we got home and ate...well it tasted better than it smelled and I honestly didn't think that was possible. So smokey and the sauce was the perfect balance. I highly recommend.

Very good food, but they do not open until noon....not a wise choice in my opinion considering the local business lunch crowd nearby

Are you serious? Why haven’t I visited this place sooner? The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a wonderfully nostalgic and cozy atmosphere, and the food certainly lives up to it. They serve up classic comfort food, featuring thickly sliced brisket that practically melts in your mouth, with BBQ sauce slathered on top (though, honestly, it doesn’t even need it). The flavor is overwhelming! I also tried the coleslaw and potato salad as sides. Mmmmm... it's just classic down-south BBQ comfort at its finest.
