Mcdonald's - Kenner

Sandwich was dry as if they left in sit under lamp to long. Food should be changed out every so many hours. Not left made from beginning of lunch.

It Was really good they were fast too I was starving being I was on my way home from having surgery.

Dreadful service. wait 40 minutes inside. kiosa does not work, but one. not a coffee, milkshake. fries cold. cheeseburger ordered, but two burgers without cheese.

Wow, mcdonalds is still disappointed! I compete with most other negative reviews. bad service, bad eating, takes forever, everyone in the line was unhappy, blah blah. And don't worry about the price questions too. six years ago at the md in another condition it did not raise and it has not added better now. consistent bad experience that costs too much. total waste except the bathroom! at least that was a relief. yuck, never again here or other md.

Pathetic customer service. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was greeted with only Yeah? Upon pulling up to the payment window, same guy, but no greeting at all. He was looking in another direction and stood mute when I said Hello? Even if he was listening to an order being placed, he could have at least gestured to acknowledge my presence. When he did decide to take my payment, he just stuck his hand out. No repeating my order, no stating the amount due, nothing. Not even eye contact. Ditto when he returned my card and receipt. No eye contact, no have a nice day , no thanks. Just thrusting is arm out with my card and receipt. Hopeful for more at the food delivery window, I pulled up to another apparent mute. No confirmation of my order,, no greeting, no thanks, nothing. No eye contact, she just stuck her hand out with what I hoped was actually my order as she continued her conversation with another employee. Un-freakin-believable.
