Granny Bees Restaurant, LLC - Kenner

Good restaurant with great kitchen. We had 1 roast beef baked potatoes and collar greens; 2 seafood plated (see photo of the menu for prices and what the dish has), 3 cherry cake. Everything was good. Platter was big enough.

My spouse had the **** and I had the fried flounder. Portion sizes were good, service was quick friendly and price was reasonable. This is a small town restaurant, a little dated, but clean and you get what you pay. We stop when we get through and never had a bad experience. I hadn't tried her rice pudding until today, but in any case it will order again.

Granny Bee 's is a fantastic restaurant where the locals eat. You cannot beat customer service, they are happy, always have a smile for you. The portions are great and full of taste. If your child orders pancakes, you will only get one to start "they are the size of a plate. Would highly recommend finding this place and eating there.

I decided to try steak and eggs. The steak was a 6oz ribeye that I rarely ordered medium. 6oz ribeys are usually quite thin as these, but they nail at the temperature!! Most of the time when I have a thin steak, it's well cooked. This was perfect!! The engraving was thick and tasty with sausages in it. The pancakes were also thick with these crispy golden brown edges! They had only 2 waitresses on a Sunday after the church and these ladies were brilliant and on everything!! The owner came to our table and check out things that made you feel at home! If you are ever in the area and are hungry She's out of Granny Bee!

Good food and a friendly atmosphere! Very much from a local favorite where you can not only enjoy the waiting staff, but the people.
