Gendusa's - Kenner

Referred here from a friend who lives in area and lunch experience was great. Salad and both entrees perfectly prepared and served right out of oven. Waitress very knowledgeable and stopped by table just enough to be helpful and not overwhelming. Quaint location near river and pleasant walking area.

I could eat their eggplant lasagna every day! Gendusa's is extremely popular so they stay busy. I'd recommend calling ahead for a table or just taking it home. I don't really like sweets or chocolate, but I did bring a slice of chocolate cake home and devoured it in the middle of the night.

Our waitress was great even with 16 of us. Had our own room n food was amazing.... like always!!! We love Gendusas

Oh my gosh this place! This is simply a wonderful wonderful place to eat! The village it sits in is quaint and romantic. The food is amazing. Peyton is the best waiter hands down! The desserts are to die for! We celebrated our 36th anniversary there last week
