Emeril's Table - Kenner

I don’t hold much credibility for airport restaurants, but even this is too sad not to review.To start off, they want you to not only place your order via your phone, they want you to pay and tip ahead of time. Based on this alone, I would have normally just left but I hadn’t eaten all day and was already seated.My server was nice, but never brought napkins to my table despite telling me that she would.The crawfish Étouffée was bland, the rice undercooked, and not very many crawfish given how large the bowl was. And towards the very end, I found a piece of plastic from what I can only assume was the bag it was poured out of to heat up.At this point, I just got up and left. I do not recommend Emeril’s Table. At all.

We had the red beans and rice with extra sausage along with the gumbo. The service was friendly, quick and attentive. The food was fantastic. Wonderfully seasoned and presented. I can't believe I'm dining at the airport.

Skip it unless you want to pay premium prices for microwaved food. I got a $20 cheeseburger that was a microwave patty with a single slice of American cheese and my girlfriend got a $19 debris poboy that was a pile of cold and lukewarm meat on a subroll.Don't give them your money, let the place go out of business, and let someone who cares about food take the space.

Food was horrible! Fake eggs, greasy, cold bacon, cold biscuit but potatoes were OK. Hid the taste with alot of ketchup! Never again, not even for a free meal!

Ordered a shrimp poboy and a roastbeef poboy. It came with fries. The menu for the shrimp poboy states romaine and pickles. The shrimp was good, nice taste. The romaine was old and all yellow. Then they tried covering it up by using arugula. The pickles were sweet pickles. Wish it would have said that on the menu. Wasn 't a big fan of their bread nor their badly frozen steak fries. The roastbeef just wasn 't good. I was very disappointed with Emeril 's Table. I would honestly be ashamed if my name was attached to this wanna be restaurant. You order your food from their website, not with the waitstaff (aka food runners). Service was slow, and I had to ask for utensils, refills, and condiments. I found myself calling out to the staff because no one came to check up on us. 1 star for cleaniness and 1 star for at least good shrimp and portion sizes. Save yourself time and money, and skip this place.
