Applebee's Grill - Kenner

The food and service were excellent. Even though we arrived only 45 minutes before closing, we were treated with great hospitality as if we were the first customers of the day. Our server was fantastic and really pleasant to interact with.

I placed an $87 takeout order and realized something was missing when I got home. When I called the restaurant, they told me to come back and get it. Unfortunately, this meant my husband had to leave his food at home to get cold while he went to pick up the rest of our order for our daughters. When he arrived at the restaurant, they accused us of lying. My husband wouldn't have purposely let his $16 meal get cold, and it didn't make sense to waste gas just to pick up a $2.99 mac and cheese that turned out to be my son's boneless wings. The staff was unapologetic and unwelcoming, calling us liars. I wish I had known about their poor service before leaving a tip. They deserve a 0 rating.

We love the vibe and atmosphere at this Applebee's location. We have been regulars here for years. The service is consistently excellent and the servers are always cheerful and eager to help. Today was no different - my wife and I had a lovely early lunch. Thank you Applebee's! The Giaccones

I dined at this restaurant with my daughters because they are big fans of Applebee's. They really enjoyed their meal and the service was excellent.

I ordered a medium well steak, but it came out still pink. I sent it back, but when it was grilled again, it tasted burnt. I decided to send it back again and ended up with bone-in wings instead. We paid for our meal and got a to-go box. As we were leaving, a black female employee (possibly the manager) approached us asking about boneless wings and payment. The server was excellent, but the woman seemed confused as she had just brought the wings to our table.
