This restaurant serves the freshest and most delicious pasta I have ever tasted! It is my go-to choice when dining with family or entertaining guests.

I recently received spinach ravioli as a gift and decided to cook it for dinner tonight. I drizzled it with top quality olive oil and sprinkled some pecorino romano on top. The pasta was thin and delicate, cooked perfectly and the filling was delicious and light. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be purchasing more products from this local brand. I appreciate that they use high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.

The spinach lasagna from Nicola's Pasta Fresca is absolutely amazing. The layers of spinach pasta and ricotta cheese, infused with caramelized onions, are a true delight. This dish provided the perfect break from cooking and surpassed our expectations.

I just made your Short Rib Raviolis and unfortunately I was not impressed. I wish they tasted as good as the box that came it. The filling taste like minced meatloaf mix and not beef short a ribs. Short rib meat should be dark brown and have a string like consistency.The ravioli themselves are to small and the corners of the pasta are too hard after cooking for almost 15 minutes. I have enjoyed home made Short Rib Raviolis and these are not close. Sorry but this was disappointing.
