Kelso Fish Snack

Wow.... what a complete disappointment and not a nice place to go. Asked for a little extra crispy on some items and my whole order was over cooked. Fish was as hard as a rock, chips were over cooked, and all itmes were extra oily (Paper was wet due to the absorption of grease and oil). We also asked for extra chicken salt and got zero.The young lady who served me was all class (Not) and there is nothing that highlights the ambiance of a humble local store like the collage of pictures on the wall depicting drunk staff and friends. I especially like the one giving the middle finger to all the passing customers.The same staff member even used her bare hands to move food off the cooling rack above the fryers to wrap an order. Mmmm, love that cross contamination taste.Keep up the good work guys and never fear as we won't be back. I will never understand some local businesses in Townsville. Why just because your a small local business must your standards be this low.

Love the chips but sometimes find the batter products to oily. Burgers are great. Staff great

Spent $84 on this, they missed half the order and then told us we were wrong after we went back. So rude and the food was cold. Will never go back.

Best place for fish and chips staff are friendly and wait time on orders is speedy.

Always a big feed, friendly service and have it ready as quick as I can drive there. Reading recommend them especially good value for money. Nice yummy range of deserts as well.
