I suspect unless you knew about this place or unless a local shows you here, you wouldn't come across it. It's a hidden gem that never fails to disappoint.Great, friendly service. Great, fresh food. Great produce. Great coffee. Shall I go on? Truly, this little place is a find and a half. The groceries available are awesome. It's a place to return to each time I'm in Townsville.

A hidden gem. Coffee is great ,choice for light lunch excellent. The deli was an enjoyable surprise The choice and quality exceeded my expectations. For my stay in Townsville Otto's is my go to store

Walked into this location and it felt great. Warm and friendly, and busy. The Grocery section was amazing. A lot of depth and I love how the deli at the rear had a tasting plate. We were searching for something to do tomorrow so we are going to come back and buy all of our picnic requirements. We.sat down for a late breakfast.The sausage roll was homemade, the German influenced rolls are to die for and lots of options. Whoops, forgot to mention the amazing cakes and sweets, see, just did...:).. The coffee was A1 and the juice my wife had was also very good. Would we return, indeed.
