Taco Bell - Kelso

I used to go to this Taco Bell at least once a month but had quit doing so.Since this past summer I saw much higher prices of most of their menu items than on previous visits. In some cases having 40% increases. I used to be able to feed 4 people for under $20... now it is closer to $30...I wondered if it was just at this particular Taco Bell restaurant or did all of them increase prices?It turns out that they all eventually raised prices and Kelso just so happened to be one of the first to do so. At that time I had gone to the East Coast and discovered that even Airport Taco Bells were cheaper than Kelso. Hardly any food for the Price, I wish there was more meat, sour cream, Lettuce, tomatoes cheese, in the super supreme taco's. They were out of Guacamole too. I was mad about that especially when you pay for More, you should get More.Parking: There is no parking available, just a drive-thru, at this ? ? diner.Kid-friendliness: There's no play area at this ? ? diner.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair access at this ? ? diner.

They close at 3 I went trough the drive troughA car was in front of me taking forever in line then when it was my turn sorry we are closed ??

Per Nick the manager 's suggestion, we will not be returning to the Kelso store. If you place an order on the app for pickup, be forewarned that it is the customer 's responsibility to get drinks and sauces regardless of what the app claims. Two of our drinks were filled and waiting. We ordered four. When I pointed out that we were short two drinks, the employee said, Well, I can give you two cups. The order is sealed...I checked for all the items, but didn 't realize the family had added sauces. There were zero out of 20 sauces included. We have NEVER received a complete order. So, per Nick, we are done.

The crew here will never get your order correct, you always have to check, and double check if they say everythings there and have the worst customer service I have seen.
