Disappointed with Bindi. We have had our machine for the past 6 to 7 months, not quit a year. Many people enjoyed the ibindi ice but unfortunately due to this pandemic, our sales expectations were a bit low. Because of such, Bindi has decided to pull their unit out. I think Bindi should afford a business the opportunity to increase volume of sales through these hard times for people. We have reached out several times to order specific flavors which were out of stock. I believe this is a poor business decision on Bindi.

5 stars for the product but no star for the customer service that ignores the wrong product description. On their website it clearly states 14.98 lbs and 80 servings but received something else (7lbs and 15 oz). They would not admit they have the wrong product specifications but kept repeating that the product specs is 7lbs and 15oz. This is false advertisement

You can now order delicious Bindi treats online for individual homes! During quarantine, I had hard time picking up sweets and Bindi opened its doors for individuals to get their desserts!I love their pecan bars. I 've ordered twice already and their cookies are delicious. I 've also tried their apple caramel cake and it 's not bad. They come pre-sliced. You can keep them in freezer and take out a few a day or two in advance to defrost in the fridge or just out in room temp.Just to note, they are commercial use sizes. For example, 5.5 lbs (21 count) of raspberry linzer bars. Each bar is about 4x 2.5 inches.Do go online and check it out! The delivery has been next day for me and I 've been enjoying it!

Great company to deal with. Personal Service, timely delivery and a wide range of Delicious Dessert Products that are so well received by a wide range of different Corporate and Retail Clients! Most of all, I 'm very pleased with their commitment to quality Customer Service. A big Thank you to Maura one of their Associates whom is hands on, follows up and keeps busy Chefs such as I informed of all the important aspects of my often special requests eg; time, delivery, new products, pricing guides, special off site requests, etc...
