Sad Man's Tongue Bistro - Karlin

We only visit the place 3 times on a 4-day journey. Good beers, best burgers I have tasted and funny, kind and smiling staff. I would recommend all visiting Prag to visit Sad Man's tongue.

I gotta say I had a pretty good time. To start, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The lady at the bar greeted us with a smile and the American guy who took our orders was top notch. He had that real American vibe and made us feel right at home. Bonus points for the 20% discount they gave us because we're locals! Now, let's talk about the burgers. Burgers, must try! I don’t know what magical combinations they have, but all the ingredients go together so well

Recently dined here as a group of four on a Friday evening. There were no tables free when we arrived, but we were happy to wait for around 30mins in a side room with drinks. The service, food, and atmosphere was excellent. Great, friendly interaction from staff; which was a nice touch. The food was tasty and value for money. We will likely visit again at the end of our 5 day stay in Prague. Would recommend to travellers! Note: It is Cash Only

They don't allow reservations, so we just turned up. We had to wait 30mins for a table, but they predicted 40+ so we were not disappointed. Picked drinks from the menu whilst waiting, but they didn't have Sekt. Unfortunately they then forgot we were still waiting for drinks, and we had to ask them to take our order, after they'd served 3 other groups. Once we had a table they were super attentive.
