Delphi Restaurace - Karlin

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise and a return to Greece. We really enjoyed both the wine and the food. The portions are large, they could be smaller so that one could taste more, but that is just a small detail. The service was prompt and friendly. Sitting on the terrace was ideal. We will be happy to return and try more dishes.

Beautiful restaurant with the option to sit outside on a covered terrace with a view of Zlute lazne. The service was busy but managed to keep up with everything, and there were no issues. The food tasted good.

Alright, so here's the deal... I come from the southern Balkans and I have high standards when it comes to Balkan/Mediterranean/Greek food. I hadn't been to Kreta restaurant in a while, but I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is decent, but could use a little refresh. Greek restaurants are all about the people and the food, and the large tables for 6+ people are just right. The quality of the food was very good, which is not something I can say for many Greek places in the Czech Republic. For me, the starters were the best. If I want to eat until I can't move, then I move on to the main dishes. The fish and seafood were delicious and seemed authentic. Kolukotaki is a dish you can't really go wrong with, but I have tried some bad ones before. These were spot on, probably the best in Prague. The dolmades were a bit different and okay, but a better quality meat in a tomato sauce would be an improvement. Of course, you can't have a Greek restaurant without Greek wine and ouzo. The cheaper versions served here were not amazing, but they still had that Greek taste. The service was very pleasant. They will explain everything and make recommendations if needed, but once you finish eating, they give you your space. Adding more coffee or dessert options wouldn't be a bad idea. Overall, I can definitely recommend it, especially with the ambiance of the river and terrace.

Příjemná řecká restaurace, na jídle jsem si pochutnala, i víno měli dobré. Porce byli na můj vkus obří, nejsem na to zvyklá takže jsem si zbytek nesla domu. je tu dobrá dostupnost, i zaparkovat se tu dá dobře. ráda doporučím

Při příchodu do restaurace jsme byli velmi příjemně uvítáni, obsluha se snažila všemu vyhovět, chvíli jsme seděli uvnitř, protože jsme neměli rezervaci, ale po chvíli nám udělali musí venku na terase. Jídlo výborné, domácí limonady dobré. Interiér krásný. Muzika s venkovním posezenim nas v mysli zavedla na dovolenou do Řecka. Vřele doporučuji.
