Dairy Queen (treat) - Kansas

I came to DQ there was this lady very rude and disrespectful to me I ordered 3 items. I got 2 with a eye roll and ugly face like I have done something. I waited at the window at least 3—4 minutes and finally got someone else to come out they both acted the same and she said “what do you need” I said my 3rd blizzard and still got disrespect. Very terrible her name was aspen or something with A

Closed 5 minutes before they say they close, while we were in the drive thru, like, they waited and watched until it was 10:30… So they suck imo. But hey, maybe they were high school kids trying to dip out and said “eff it”. Either way, Braums is 3 blocks away, and open.

Can’t say we have ever had a negative experience here. We’ve enjoyed this DQ since 1992. Front lobby is closed, but the drive thru was very fast, considering you order the pickup window. I appreciate how they make my “Pecan Buster Parfait”, with chocolate pecans, since I really don’t like peanuts.

My wife enjoyed her treat this evening. The young lady at the window was very nice and patient as they were very busy.

Had a coupon for ice cream that I received in my local mail took it to location and was told they wouldn’t accept it… I could only redeem it at a Dairy Queen that served food even thou it didn’t say that anywhere on coupon felt they where rude and Condescending will never return and plan to make as big of wave about this experience as possible
