Arby's - Kansas

Horrible service, every time we go here, the staff are the most disrespectful people on earth. Like what is your major malfunction numnuts didn’t mommy and daddy teach you manners. I will be going elsewhere to get my food, probably across the street to McDonald’s and I will mc’ love it.

Well I'm not sure what has happened to this place but this is like the 5th time I've been here and the dinning room was closed. Tonight it was closed at 8 when the sign said 9 then the workers were outside smoking instead of doing there job. So I had my 3 year old daughter had to eat in the truck. The workers are rude and act like you are a inconvenience to them for being there completely unacceptable if you don't like people don't work in fast food.

It's a zombie land in the actual store. Service is good, good is fantastic. It's Arby's!!!!

The lady who works the drive through kept talking over me and kept interrupting when I was placing my order. Rude. Felt like I was being rushed and nobody else was in line

Attempt to dine in as I drive a dump truck and cant go thru the drive thru…doors locked at 11am. Called and was told only drive thru is open.....THEY HAVE A GIANT SIGN UP OUT SIDE THAT SAYS LOBBY OPEN! LAZY LAZY LAZY
