Papi's Pizza Cafe - Kankakee

Had a baby shower in the back room with about 40 participants. The room has a great feeling, I could return some of the decorations I bought because we didn't need them. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. We had a few shots from our own deal with cups / balloons / load / unload, and Papi had a solution for any problem. Papi is really as good as it will. And great pizza!

My wife and I have eaten twice here and both times were great. The second time was breakfast and everything tasted great BUT there is sausage in the Country Gravy, which is on breakfast pizzas so that not working well for a vegetarian. BUT the manager (owner I believe) was very nice about it and said that they either do a engraving without sausage so that you have the option or change so that the pizza does not have the with sausage. The restaurant is only open 3 days at this point, so it is understandable that a small detail like this could be overlooked. So if you are a vegetarian or just don't want sausage on your breakfast pizza, just make sure to ask the engraving without sausage.

Delicious food! I had made one to order pizza with chicken, tomatoes and spinach, IT WAS DELISH! Friendly waiting staff and delicious appetizers too. (Have the wings and cheese curds) This place has a complete menu including breakfast. They even have a buffet on Saturday and Sunday, where they donate part to a non-profit! How great is that?!? I really liked the decor. Booths, tables, high tops and outdoor terrace for seating. RECOMMENDATIONS!

Hospitality is amazing! We were on our way and stopped for lunch. The staff was amazing and the food delicious! Wonderful atmosphere all around! When we tried to leave our battery was dead. We sat inside out of the cold and were still treated amazingly. I just can't say enough good about this place!

Amazing pizza, pasta, salad and dessert pizza buffet, drink included! The pasta had goast pepper cheese giving it some zip. The garlic cheese bread was my favorite tons of cheese and tons of flavor. The dessert pizza chocolate and fruit what is a good finisher. (Update 4/3/2019) Food quality gone down it seems in my last few visits. 5 star to 4 star.
