The lady at the register was very rude. Customer service could be a lot better. Food wasn't the greatest either.

I waited forever for my pizza. They didn’t give us a number and didn’t call our name. Our pizza was cold by the time we went and asked for it. I’m sure this place is good if it isn’t busy, if not they just let people stare at them in the lobby and never ask them maybe why they are waiting?

Attempted to dine at Summit two Saturdays in a row. The first we walked in and was told they are not taking any orders for the remainder of the day. The second showed up early (4:30) to avoid a rush and was told not serving until 6:00 in the evening. The second attempt I tried to call to avoid the first experience and only received a busy dial tone. A negative customer experience overall. Not considerate of the inconvenience to customers and customer experience.

Someone said this was the “the best froz pizza they’ve had” but that’s a stretch….the pizza was bad, it took 40 min to come out, the Alfredo ran like water, how hard is it to make pizza Utah? Jeez….anyways, it wasn’t cheap, and if they gave me a free pizza next time for the bad one they just served me, I still wouldn’t go back. Don’t waste your time and money.

Good pizza. High prices, slow service, and bad attitudes from the staff.
