Fletcher's - Park City

We have eaten at Fletchers several times during our visits to Park City. The food and service have always been great. The braised short rib was very tender and flavorful.

**Decor:** The interior is modern and stylish, with a comfortable atmosphere created by dim lighting and an interesting bar. The outdoor patio provides a pleasant view and is equipped with portable heaters for added comfort. **Service:** Absolutely flawless. Our server was knowledgeable, perfectly attentive without being intrusive, and very personable. **Quality:** Our entrees were exceptional—the buffalo was cooked to perfection and complemented beautifully by the pesto preparation, while the short rib dish was among the best we’ve ever had. The portions were appropriate and nicely presented. The cocktails were also well-crafted, striking a great balance of strength and flavor. **Value:** Very good. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied.

We had a wonderful outdoor dining experience at Fletcher's, enjoying the atmosphere with a group of both adults and small children. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic.

It was truly fantastic! Brooke and Neil took care of us at the bar, and we can’t wait to return just to have them serve us again! The food, drinks, and service were all exceptional! Five stars all the way!

After dining at River Horse on Main, I had high expectations for both service and food quality, but unfortunately, they were not met. Our waitress forgot to bring us bread, and we only realized it was available when we saw another table being served a plate. We ordered a bottle of wine, but Robin was not attentive in refilling our glasses. As for the food, it was disappointing. I had never seen Chilean sea bass served on top of linguine before; the fish was smothered in sauce and overcooked. I've enjoyed many gluten-free desserts, and I was looking forward to the cookie skillet, only to find it was so thin that I had to scrape the bottom of the cast iron skillet to get any of the cookie. On a positive note, the scallops were good, and my son enjoyed his steak from the kids' menu. We plan to visit Park City again, and I’m open to giving them another try with their regular menu.
