The restaurant features an ordering window and a pickup window located just a few feet apart, which makes the process very efficient. Impressively, my order was ready in only four minutes! This location truly stands out and sets a high standard for other Starbucks branches. A big shoutout to the staff and the store manager for fostering such a welcoming environment, as well as to the district manager for upholding high standards. It's evident that this company knows how to select the right team to succeed in the competitive food industry!

The bakery items are very popular and tend to sell out fast. However, the staff is quick to recommend alternative choices when something isn't available. The drive-thru service is both friendly and efficient.

Today, however, I observed the staff allowing a Hispanic woman with a child to go into the restroom, which I thought contradicted their stated policy. When I approached Rene about this, he mentioned it was up to their discretion who could use the restroom (I have this conversation recorded). This situation raises serious issues for two main reasons: Firstly, it suggests that the company policy is not consistently enforced. Secondly, it gives the impression that there might be bias in how customers are treated. Additionally, I recently requested a substitution of soy milk for regular milk in my drink, which cost nearly $5, and was told that it would incur an extra charge of almost $1. Rene stated he was just following company policy in that case as well. How does this reflect on the Starbucks brand as a well-known, publicly traded company? In those moments, I felt unfairly treated, especially as a regular customer who supports the baristas. I sincerely hope that upper management at the district level considers this feedback seriously.

This Starbucks location is excellent. The staff is attentive and follows the standard drink preparation protocols, showing a great level of professionalism. Although the atmosphere could be a bit warmer, I recognize the current economic circumstances. It's nice to see them maintaining a friendly demeanor despite the challenges of living in a competitive world. The coffee was decent, but the lack of public restrooms is quite disappointing. It really detracts from the overall experience, especially since the outdoor layout is nice. When enjoying a beverage, it's natural to need to use the restroom. It seems like Starbucks is losing its inviting atmosphere—the kind of place that feels like a home away from home. This is reflected in the fact that most customers opt for the drive-thru instead of sitting down to enjoy their coffee.
