They don't use powder-free gloves. Powder-free gloves are suppose to be used for foodservice to eliminate the risk of cornstarch powder contaminating food.
Definitely recommend to try it. Got the steak burrito and was packed nicely. The meat was tender and very flavorful. It comes with guac so that's a plus and the tortilla was nicely toasted and great. Parking a little complicated but it's great spot.
