Ruth's Chris Steak House

This was an anniversary visit to Ruth 's Chris, which we were eagerly anticipating. Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked-in for our reservation, but informed that we would need to wait (a total of 30 minutes in the lobby for a table. When asked, the hostess said they are full but the system (OpenTable keeps taking reservations and there was no way to shut it down. Once seated, we were placed in a booth by the windows which had vents blowing icy cold air. After asking a Manager, this was turned down/off. Our busser was amazing with bread and water refills and maintaining the table. Our server was just ok... a.bit snooty and borderline obnoxious with his responses to everything we asked. Just bad vibes throughout the meal. Food was delicious and nearly presented. Items were fresh and if was evident butter was oozing out of everything (filet, potatoes. Not a low-calorie meal, by any stretch of the imagination! Overall, this was a satisfactory visit. We 've had better experiences at this location, and I hope this was just a one-off. We 'll be back.

My experience at Ruth's Chris was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The manager, Ben, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Our server, Damian, was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly throughout the meal. Additionally, the bartender, Princess, crafted delicious cocktails with skill and creativity. I highly recommend dining at Ruth's Chris for not only their fantastic food but also their wonderful staff who make every visit memorable.

We went here to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our waitress started by sprinkling Happy Birthday Sparkles on the table. Fun and not over the top. He loves a lamb chop and this one did not disappoint. I enjoyed the stuffed chicken breast and creamed spinach. Our son (vegetarian) had the artichoke dip complemented with some spinach. We also enjoyed a Makers Sour from the bar which was delicious. The service was fabulous and we ended with the Crème Brûlée. All in all a great meal. We appreciated the subtle way that the staff did not sing or make a big deal about the birthday. Perfect for my husband who does not like to be fussed over.

This place is great, food, services, and everything. If you don't mind the spicy price.

Words cannot express how DELICIOUS the food was. Went on a Saturday and 2 days later, I still can taste the food on my tongue. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and it was TRULY the best place we could have gone. There is a sweet potato casserole that YOU MUST try, sweet warm, and Heavenly. I am so glad we decided to go here versus our other choice. EVERYTHING about our dinner date celebration was PERFECT. Everyone from the busboy to our server Dustin was phenomenal.
