Pizza Hut Express

I've been their customer for a long time and ordering every night. Today they only put 1 item and missing 2 items on pizza, after one hour trying to speak with them finally answered and explained what happened and I'm hungry and with my kid sick. They had the nerve to said well you need to come and bring old pizza and you gonna get a free pizza? Excuse me was your mistake you are not doing any favor to me, and they decline to bring a new pizza and saying I'm sorry. So l'm hungry at home with no pizza, zero customer service, rude people. The minimum thing that I asked them is correct the mistake and make a new one and nope. You guys are the worst service ever, I'm complaining with my credit card because I won't deal with people that are rude and zero customer service Don't go to this location, please go to another one where people is really nice and make a good pizza

Everytime I arrive at this location, there is nothing on the shelf. They have hours posted saying they close at 8PM but they stop stocking the food at 7PM because they 're short staffed . If I 'm famished and looking to grab a quick bite, why is it my problem that they 're short staffed?

We came to this spot for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt excellent. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I like how their customer service is always great and they keep the place well organized regularly. Pricing is convenient and they serve generous portions.

Quality of the product has, significantly reduced. It feels like they’re cheating on the ingredients such as toppings and cheese, and especially their own HIT, stuffed crust. Wings are fare from what they were before. I’m very disappointed ?
