Nick's Pizza

DO NOT EAT HERESo, I can’t even tell you if the food was good or not because I didn’t get a chance to eat it. The whole experience put me off and I will never be ordering from this establishment again. If I could give a score lower than 1 star, I would and that just off of their customer service. I ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and chili cheese fries that took them over an hour to deliver and all of it was cold when it arrived. I contacted Grubhub and told them I would like a partial refund for the cold food. They gave me a full refund because they don’t even use Grubhub drivers, they use their own delivery drivers. Immediately after contacting Grubhub, they started blowing up my phone. When I picked up, the man on the line screamed in my ear and I tried to explain that the food was cold when it arrived and he continued to yell and swear at me. After I hung up on him, he proceed to harass me by calling from different numbers and I kept blocking them. It got to the point that I changed my number. They’re lucky I don’t try to make civil case for harassment. All these complaints and I haven’t even gotten started on what looks like terrible quality food, that even if I attempted to warm it up, I still would not want to eat it. Do not eat here because they will blame you and harass you if they mess up your order. Even if the food was good, it’s not worth the customer service. You’ve been warned.

It was midnight when I called and ordered four pizzas. They came very fast. I love their pizza. They use quality products and the pizza tastes amazing. Their burgers are soooo good too. Everything here is great. They close at 3am so any parties needing food after midnight this is the place. Highly recommended.

From ordering before I’ve known that Nick’s pizza takes a while when you order for delivery the most I’ve waiting before was about an hour and 10 minutes. As I write this review I’ve been waiting for 2 full hours and it still hasn’t arrived. I understand when a business is busy but this is just horrible. I definitely will not order from here again. And if you do, call in the morning to get your pizza for dinner.

I give it five stars because it's good, basic pizza. I'm a plain cheese guy. no frills. it serves the neighborhood well. just classic American pizza. if those are your expectations, then you will be satisfied.

I love this place, the wings are delicious and their specialty pizzas are all really good. I especially love the cheeseburger pizza, it sounds wild but all the toppings work really well together.
