Little Galen

As an alumnus, I recently visited my old school to meet with a former professor. While exploring dining options on campus, I found myself in a bit of a bind—USC has fully implemented its meal plan card system and wouldn't accept cash, leaving me quite hungry. Fortunately, the staff at Little Galen were kind enough to allow me in, even though it’s normally reserved for athletes. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was!

While I was exploring the campus for dining options, I ran into a bit of trouble since USC has strictly enforced its meal plan card and wouldn't accept cash. I was quite hungry at the time! Fortunately, the staff at Little Galen were kind enough to let me in, even though it’s typically reserved for athletes. The food there was surprisingly delicious!

This restaurant in Bridgeport is absolutely fantastic! I ordered the 10-taco platter with chicken and brisket, and it was definitely worth the price. The tacos were well-seasoned and quite filling. It's a great choice for entertaining guests!

I ordered the fried chicken burrito, and it was okay. It would've tasted better if they had just used grilled chicken, because the fried chicken they used wasn't fresh. It was soggy, stale and had no flavor. I ordered mine without the HONEY, thankfully. I think that would've made the burritos completely nasty. It also came with some kind of thin greasy chips that I decided to throw into the trash. I didn't understand the reasoning behind adding those with the burrito. The salsa isn't good at all. It doesn't have a lot of flavor to it. It kind of taste like tomato paste with black pepper. I give my entire meal a 6 out of 10.

Little Galen is an LA staple a must visit when you're in the area! My family's favorite has always been the lamb dip sandwich. The food here is consistently delicious and the employees are always friendly and accommodating!
