If you are planning to eat dinner, best to come in earlier. We came in at around 6pm. And by the time we're done eating, the place is packed already. Their Sake Sashimi is the best I tasted among the restaurants in Kalibo.
Visited family in klo and they often bring us here. Good japanese food.
Overall, Minori afforded us a great dining experience. There are, however, some room for improvement. PROs: The restaurant interior is convincingly Japanese. The staff are attentive, polite and responded quickly to our requests. The Citrus Cucumber Shake was fresh and not too sweet. We came at mid-day Thursday and it wasn’t busy at all. The air conditioning was good enough to stop us from sweating while waiting for our food. CONs: The Shoyu Ramen had a really strong soy and ginger flavour which overpowered all the other ingredients. The ramen could have also used a soft, not hard-boiled egg. The bentos took a lot longer than expected to prepare.
I love that they allowed me to keep my bicycle in-store. I had their chicken ramen and spicy maki. A bit on the expensive side, I guess.
