Mcdonald's - Kalibo

Love the drive thru.. fast to serve and quality service. Accept maya and gcash. Very convenient

I recently visited this branch and the service is very poor. They have provided this table number for serving and it takes ages for us waiting for the item to be served and it end up that we still have to collect it from the counterPOOR SERVICE!!!!

Good food, very busy. Seating slight problem. You order on a kiosk and then take receipt to cashier if you are not paying with credit card. If credit card you pay at kiosk and just take receipt to cashier and show them receipt and what number table marker you have. Then just wait for them to call your number.

Food is not fresh. Patty on burger is very dry. Fries is not hot and crispy. Even the softdrinks tastes like its diluted with water.

A typical McDonald's small store. They opened the counter for pwds and seniors for me even if there were only 3 people on line on the only open counter. They honored my senior card. Service was fast. Comfort room was clean
