As a nice bonus, they start your meal with a complimentary carafe of water and a bowl of popcorn, and they’ll even pack up any leftovers for you to take home. However, the service could use some improvement. During three out of five visits, my food arrived later than my partner's, with an average wait of about 10 to 15 minutes between our dishes. This can be quite frustrating if you prefer to enjoy your meals together, as it can lead to one of the dishes cooling down while you wait. Another thing to note is that sides are not served in the traditional manner; many items that you might commonly think of as side dishes are actually listed as separate menu items and are served accordingly. The restaurant also supplies the nearby Marzon Hotel, which may contribute to the slower service. Despite this, I would prefer our meals to be served together, even if it means a slight delay, rather than having one dish arrive significantly later than the other. The food is simply exceptional, especially the Fried Bangus Belly and the Fried Boneless Bangus—both are essential dishes to try. The Pesto Pasta is packed with flavor, and the Potato Wedges along with the Roasted Chicken are the perfect accompaniments to the meal. Be sure to indulge in a cup of their delightful Latte Coffee for dessert. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Overall, this restaurant is a true gem!
