Very cozy environment, a great place to hit right from the airport! Way too many options to eat here! The lobster and steak thing was great!There are also bathrooms! Easy parking as well!The lobsters were too salty which was a dud but rest of if was great! I am not usually a review person, but I will leave one for my experience at Ono Teppanyaki today. I waited around 30 minutes for my name to be called and my plate of food to be handed to me. When I arrived there was no one in front of me. I placed my order and saw folks who ordered after get their food before me. The customer service at Ono is not there compared to the rest of the trucks I have visited. When my name was finally called the shrimp skewers and portion served was really disappointing. It was very frustrating and this experience really ruined my evening.

(otaling about 40 minute wait for my food) I realize the lobster takes some time to prepare.I watched several people place their orders after me at Ono and get their food before I received mine.I should have taken the clue from the lady who was frustrated with her wait and was asking about her food prior to me ordering my food. The staff was not all concerned about the inconvenience.I stay at the courtyard frequently and go to the trucks every time. If I patronize Ono again, I shall phone order. So many better options in the area.I have received better service from all of the other trucks.
