Fork Salad - Kahului

Absolute love loved this place when we were on Maui! We probably came here once a week and try their different salads. The Caesar Salad is my favorite, and I always go with extra dressing to make more salads at home! I also love you can take any salad and make it in a pack for on the go. I met the manager at this point and he was amazing! I was sure I had everything I needed very professionally and you can say that his employees enjoy him through their interactions: SO satisfied with the staff and location. Thanks for everything you do! This was our favorite eating place on our trip to Maui. We went there three times and tried almost each menu item. Their salads And grain bowls are delicious with fresh ingredients and flavorful dressings. We are a huge fan. Staff is very nice too. Once we reached there just 3 mins before closing time, there had packed almost half the stuff but still accommodated us.

This is next level tasty and healthy. I love that they list which farms they source from and have so many options. If they had one of these in San Diego, I would go at least once a week. Such a tasty healthy meal.

My friend and I visit this restaurant frequently. She enjoys customizing her own salads, and I always go for the shrimp and avocado club sandwich, which is my absolute favorite. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I can’t wait to return. Just a heads up—bring your own fork for a fun surprise!

The food was delicious and incredibly fresh, definitely a healthy choice. I would rate it a 5 for both the food and the service, while the atmosphere gets a solid 4.
